You are probably seeing this because you were kicked from #tg at EFNet. This, in turn, was probably because you had colors in your quitmsg. This little guide explains how to make your IRC client #tg compatible.
The default message has some weird characters in it, those are the colors. Remove them.
Yes, mIRC calls it the Email Address. Just type your email address there, and all will be well. Do NOT let it say NNSCRIPT, that ident is banned from #tg.
